On Bloody Sunday 1972, the British Army murdered 14 peaceful protesters in Derry, Northern Ireland. 26 unarmed civilians were shot altogehter, some in the back as they fled or as they tended to the injured.
This is a depiction of the massacre in the style of the Bayuex Tapestry, an attempt to extend the original tapestry to include modern day British military history and atrocities.
