If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason I will refund, replace or exchange it.

Just get in touch: shop@spellingmistakescostlives.com with your order number and a short description and we’ll get it sorted for you.

Standard orders are packed twice a week and sent out 2nd class and untracked.

UK orders should expect delivery between 3 and 10 days although this can take longer depending on how busy Royal Mail are.

If your order is important it’s recommended you select the tracked option to get tracking info and email/SMS updates.

Please understand that during large art project deadlines there may be a delay in sending orders, particularly signed prints.

If your order is urgent please select 1st class delivery and add a note about the date you need it by.

1st class orders are usually packed the same day, although there may be a slight delay for large print orders or during project deadlines or if I am away from the studio (i.e on a residency/ or less likely, holiday) 

UK orders expect delivery between 2 and 4 days.

If you need it by a specific date please add a note to the order and I will do my best to make sure you have it by then.

International orders can take between 5 days and 4 weeks depending on the whims of the international postage gods. If your order is urgent contact me about courier delivery.
EU and US orders now have customs payments taken at checkout to avoid extra charges from your local shipping carrier.

I try to reuse packaging as much as possible, including recycling donated packaging, boxes etc. So if you receive a package full of polystyrene packing nuts that’s why. I’m not buying that awful shit to use as packaging!
