Hello.
I am writing regarding the availability of Bill Murray to
present and commentate on Insect Battledrome in Glasgow city centre
on the 20th November.
The event will last for four hours and will start at 16:00. Please let me
know if Bill will be able to attend and how much this will
cost as soon as possible so that we can push ahead with printing promotional
material.

Hi,
Certainly. Insect Battledrome is a live event to be broadcast on
an especially built web site, taking place in an open storage container on
the corner of Hope Street and Sauchiehall Street in the city centre of Glasgow.
Inside the container will be the Battledrome, in which various insects
native to Britain will be battled against each other in an exciting demonstration
of nature and death. We will have spot lights and a sign on the roof, along
with video cameras recording the action - which will be projected live onto
the outside of the container.
The event has already courted publicity in the local press and is sure to
be a massive sucess. 'A real life version of Robot Wars with small animals.'
Although insects aren't really animals are they. If I can provide any more
details please let me know. It would be great to get Bill
on board and really make this years Insect Battledrome something
to talk about!

Sorry, I should have got back to you but, in actual fact, I am still waiting
to hear back from Billy. Let me put another call into him
but if you don't hear back from me by tomorrow morning, then I think it probably
wise to get someone else.

If the worst comes to the worst and Bill can't do it, then
I suppose we could go for Cheryl Baker. She wasn't the first
choice, because kids are going to be there, but I'm sure she'd be a suitable
stand in. Do you think it's too late though? The event starts at four.

could get to Glasgow by 4pm today. They live in London and Kent.
